The office personal are great.. This apartment complex has been the best place I've experienced. Care about your residents and take care of them and maybe people will renew their lease. Lounge by our 2 crystal clear pools, soak in our 2 hot tubs or relax in our gazebo. I recommend them to all of my friends and even two of my coworkers moved there as well.. Great place !

I do not recommend this complex A year or two ago I would have in a heart beat, but not now. Nestled between Lake Monroe and Lake Jesup, about 25 miles northeast of Downtown Orlando, is Sanford. Anytime I submit a work order, it's addressed within 48 hours at the minimum. Intended for reference only. I asked to tour the community and view a 1/1. So excited they are now getting ready to upgrade my apartment. To start, the rent is absolutely ridiculous and apparently they're raising it by almost 200$ for new tenants. Overall, this is a great place to live.
