It really looks like Van Morrison could do no wrong from 1967 to the end of the 70's and could have released even more classic albums.

This ranks amongst my favorite Van Morrison albums. It makes me think of 'TB Sheets', not as good, but the subject matter kind of goes together, holding the pain in Van did not, as he wailed about losing a loved one 'Julie baby' to tuberculosis. I looked for this for my husband forever, thinking I could download it from Itunes or another music website - but no! Issued with a 20-page booklet with photos and an uncredited Van Morrison interview from about 1974, as It's Too Late To Stop Now was being prepared for release. The fact that this stuff is old is not, as a Van Morrison scholar usually knows, a warranty of its quality.

I have heard all those albums, even the ones not in my vast Van the Man collection, been listening to him since I was a teenager (grandmother born in Belfast) and these songs are just as good, some even better. If you like Van Morrison at all, you will love this.
