The unit itself was nice and comfortable. There is also direct access to the beach which is a plus. Beach access was great. The property is in a good location. Had a great family vacation. ????

The hotel room was great and we couldn't be happier for a room we got on July 4th weekend. Guaranteed early check in, but didn't happen. Unacceptable to see staff lying to you in your face!I see the manager assistance "BOBBY SHINN" and spoke with him, a joke he did not care and told me nothing they can do to resolve any problem just they can apologize for the inconvenience.They told me to call the general manager name is "DOMENICK TURCO" extention 3940. Locations. Based on your circumstances, I would like to apologize that your room was not ready upon arrival. Terrible experience.Everyone was rude, they try to hide...they will come out of the door only if you insist and all our complaints were ignored.I have around 60 reviews here in Trip Advisor, this is first time that I need to do a bad review and tell you that where ever you heard about Wyndham having terrible customer service is really a true.I regret to stay here for 2 weeks, I will never return to any whyndam property.Now I know why many people talk bad about whyndam.The resort is ok but to deal with the rude staff and really NOt to have any customer service become difficult because I own a timeshare for the last 25 years and I have being in multiples resort ,however Whyndham beet the record, the worse part it is if you have any issues on this resort, you are on your own.I do NOT recommend Wysdham under any circunstances, they treat you bad and they don't do anything to make your stay pleasant.

We went their this week and sadly it has gone down and seems to turned into ( not the place to be)But seawater plantation is north of that and in a secluded area.
