As usual, we give it an other try... two, three times.... once again, I am very sorry to say the dough is...not cooked properly, nor crispy on the edge, soggy and unfortunately chewy, which is a shame because the fillings are rather nice and with good ingredients. Service was lacking: we had to initiate every interaction; our doggy bag was thrown...on to the table. My pizza dough was seriously undercooked and unappetising, so I sent it back. Divide the dough into 8 or 16 pieces (depending on whether you want to make canape pizzas or pizzette).
